Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Alpharetta, GA. You will partner with the General Manager to energize the team, coach staff, and deliver a top-notch guest experience.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and flexibility for early shifts and weekends. ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license may be required depending on location. Benefits include PTO and competitive pay with tips.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Must pass background check as required by law.
• Must possess ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Driver’s license preferred or required at certain locations.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience.
• Lead and coach team members to maintain quality and service standards.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and compliant operations.
• Grow your leadership career from Shift Leader toward General Manager track.
