Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Henderson, NV. You will motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience, opening/closing the store with minimal supervision and upholding food quality and safety.

This role offers a chance to grow, with many GMs starting as Shift Leaders, and a flexible, team-driven environment. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years, ability to work varied hours, and ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Must pass background check and hold or be able to obtain ServSafe Certification before leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members; open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain safe, clean store environment and ensure quality of food and beverages.
• Grow your career, with many GMs starting as Shift Leaders.
