Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Reno, NV seeks a Shift Leader to help drive a great guest experience and team morale. You will work with the General Manager to open/close, coach staff, and ensure a clean, safe store environment.

This role offers a flexible schedule, no evenings or nights, competitive pay with tips, and benefits eligibility including 401(k) with company match. ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license are preferred where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable.
• ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Possession of a current, valid driver’s license (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
