Einstein Bros Bagels in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Shift Leader to support the General Manager in driving guest experience and team morale. Open and close the store with minimal supervision, coach staff, and ensure food quality and a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver's license preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Assist GM to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain food quality and a safe, clean store environment.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
