Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to drive daily operations and guest experience. You will partner with the GM to ensure brand standards, product quality, and a welcoming environment across shifts.

You will coach team members, coordinate tasks, and manage on-floor activities while maintaining safety, cash control, and adherence to SOPs. Growth opportunities and a flexible schedule accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience or training to assume Shift Leader duties.
• Must maintain flexible availability to meet business and team needs.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and ensure brand standards, product quality, and guest connections.
• Coordinate on-floor actions and communicate roles to keep shifts moving.
• Coach and train team on responsibilities, product knowledge, promotions, and recipes.
• Handle administrative tasks with integrity, including deposits and inventory.
• Own shift decisions as Manager on Duty and foster a respectful team culture.
• Uphold store safety, cash handling, and SOP compliance.
