You’ll coach staff on roles, product knowledge, and promotions, manage shifts, handle cash/inventory, and contribute to growth. Flexible scheduling and a positive, people-focused attitude are essential. Starting pay ranges from $12.75 to $21.25 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role, or properly trained to take on Shift Leader responsibilities.
• Shift Leaders must maintain flexible availability to meet business needs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates mastery of each Team Member responsibility with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Leads shifts with energy, keeping the team engaged and the shift on track.
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining an inviting environment.
• Knows the day’s deployment and roles, communicating clearly on the floor.
• Reads team needs, delegates objectives, and handles priorities during shifts.
• Owns the shift and ensures a smooth hand-off to the next shift.
• Upholds standard operating procedures for quality, cash handling, and safety.
• Coaches and trains on responsibilities, product knowledge, promotions, and guest requests.
• Performs administrative tasks like bank deposits, inventory, and product orders.
