Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a leadership role or trained and approved to lead shifts
• Must be 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and ensure adherence to brand standards and guest satisfaction
• Lead and motivate the team to maintain a positive, high-energy environment
• Train and coach Team Members in role responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions
• Handle administrative tasks such as banking, inventory, and product orders
• Ensure safety, cash handling, and SOPs are followed during shifts
• Communicate deployment plans and delegate tasks to keep the shift on track
• Own the Shift Leader responsibilities and provide smooth hand-offs to the next shift
