Responsibilities

• Leads shifts to maintain energy, engagement, and smooth operations.
• Optimizes product sales while managing waste and maintaining a clean, inviting store.
• Communicates deployment and roles on the floor to keep the shift moving.
• Owns the shift and ensures a clean hand-off to the next team.
• Ensures SOPs, quality, cash handling, and store safety standards are followed.
• Coaches and trains team in role duties, product knowledge, and promotions.
• Handles administrative tasks with integrity, including deposits, inventory, and orders.
• Develops Team Members through coaching and feedback in the moment.
