Responsibilities

• Oversees shift operations with focus on brand standards and guest connections.
• Leads shifts with energy, keeping the team engaged and the shift on track.
• Manages product quality, waste, and cash handling to maintain a clean, inviting coffeehouse.
• Communicates deployment and roles on the floor to keep the shift moving.
• Coaches teammates on responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions.
