Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services in Hillsdale, NJ is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand standards and food safety requirements.

You will train new team members, monitor cash handling, complete opening and closing procedures, operate the POS system, stock and prep products, and help cross-sell items while maintaining product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsabilités

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Consistently provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures, and POS operations.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Prep, thaw, cook, package, wrap, and clean as needed.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products; maintain product knowledge.
