Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Las Vegas is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision, coach team members, ensure quality, and maintain a safe, clean environment while supporting the General Manager.

This role offers a flexible schedule with opportunities for growth within Bagel Brands, long-term career development, and competitive pay with tips.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background checks as applicable by law.
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred and meeting company driving qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality and a safe, clean store environment.
