Einstein Bros. Bagels in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will open/close the store and coach staff to maintain quality and a safe, clean environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, eligibility to work 18+, ServSafe certification, and a valid driver’s license. Expect flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends, with opportunities for growth within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or able to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state driver’s license preferred or required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading shift in collaboration with the General Manager.
• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience and coach team members.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure quality of food/beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
