Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Vestavia Hills, AL is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily operations, coach team members, and ensure guest satisfaction. You’ll open and close the store with minimal supervision and help maintain quality and a clean, safe environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, being 18+, the ability to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends, and passing background checks with ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess or obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid driver's license preferred but only required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Support scheduling and day-to-day operations to ensure smooth service.
