Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Birmingham, AL to partner with the General Manager and drive a great guest experience. You will coach the team, open/close shifts, and ensure food quality and store cleanliness.

Requirements include a High School diploma, 18+, background check, and ServSafe certification prior to leadership training. A driver’s license is preferred. Flexible hours, with no evenings or nights at many locations, are offered along with benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must obtain ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred/required at some locations).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality and safety of food and beverages; keep a clean store environment.
• Grow your career; many leaders started as Shift Leaders or Team Members.
