Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification required before leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
• Grow your career, with opportunities to advance from Shift Leader to General Manager.
