Responsibilities

• Adheres to guidelines, techniques and expectations for each station including dough management, accuracy and proper portioning; performs assigned duties and maintains product holding times.
• Exemplifies Core Values, maintains a positive attitude, works well with others and adapts to change.
• Ensures adequate shift coverage for restaurant and provides feedback while maintaining quality, service and costs.
• Contributes to profit goals by staying within company guidelines and using the FOCUS System for cash management and inventory control.
