Bruegger's Bagels in Bedford, MA is hiring a Shift Leader. You will work with the General Manager to motivate the team, ensure great guest experiences, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

Starting hourly wage ranges from $14.57 to $21.86, with scheduling flexibility and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities include coaching team members, opening/closing the store, and supporting a positive work culture.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training is preferred.
• Driver's license preferred but only required at specific locations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and ensure quality and safety.
• Help maintain a clean, safe store environment and uphold company standards.
• Support career growth from Shift Leader to General Manager.
