Bruegger's Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader at our Belmont, MA location. You will supervise shifts, coach team members, and ensure guests enjoy top-quality bagels and service while maintaining a clean, safe store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work varied hours including early start times and weekends.
• Must pass background check per local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training.
• Driver's license preferred but not always required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver great guest experiences.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
