Bruegger’s Bagels in Beachwood, OH is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to join our team. You will work closely with the General Manager to motivate staff, coach teammates, and ensure a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check where required by law.
• Possession of ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Driver’s license preferred or required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience under the General Manager.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment and ensure food/beverage quality.
