Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred or required at certain locations.

Responsabilités

• Assist General Manager in motivating the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
