Bruegger's Bagels in Bedford, MA is seeking a Shift Leader to work with the General Manager, drive guest satisfaction, and lead a morning-to-evening team. You will help set the tone, coach staff, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Able to pass background check per laws.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Valid state driver's license preferred or required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment.
