Bruegger's Bagels in Brattleboro, VT is hiring a Shift Leader. You will work with the General Manager to motivate the team, open and close shifts, coach staff, and ensure top quality food and service in a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred by some locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver great guest experiences.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members as needed.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
