Bruegger's Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will empower the team, provide coaching, and help open and close the store with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Empower Shift Leaders to take charge and set the morale and tone of the team.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep the store safe and clean.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training

Possession of a valid driver's license
