Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager and guide the team in delivering a great guest experience. You’ll help set team morale, provide feedback, and coach staff while opening/closing the store with minimal supervision.

We offer a flexible schedule, paid time off after 90 days, no evenings or nights, competitive pay, and programs like EAP and life coaching. A ServSafe certification is required before leadership training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work varied hours including early mornings.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager and motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Coach and provide feedback to team members and maintain quality standards.
