Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or required before leadership training.
• Valid driver’s license preferred at many locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in collaboration with the General Manager to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and maintain safety/cleanliness standards.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members to uphold quality and service.
• Grow within the role and advance to higher leadership positions.
