Bruegger’s Bagels is looking for a Shift Leader in the United States to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience. You will help open/close the store, maintain quality and a clean, safe environment, and support the General Manager in daily operations.

We offer a flexible schedule, paid time off after 90 days, no evenings or nights, competitive pay with tips, and benefits including EAP and 401(k) matching. Must be 18+, with ServSafe certification and a valid driver's license.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy.

• Maintain quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
• Have opportunities to grow into higher roles, with many General Managers starting as Shift Leaders and Team Members.
