Bruegger’s Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader to join our Williamsville location. You will collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team, open and close the store, and ensure top-quality food and a safe environment.

This role offers growth opportunities from within the company. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, being 18+, ability to work varied shifts including early mornings, background check clearance, ServSafe certification eligibility, and a valid driver’s

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid driver’s license (preferred but only required at specific locations).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision while ensuring quality and safety.
• Lead and coach team members, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment.
