Bruegger’s Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. You’ll work with the General Manager to motivate the crew, coach teammates, open and close the store, and ensure a safe, clean, high‑quality dining environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and coach team members as needed.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
• Provide feedback and grow team members and future leaders.
