The role requires 18+, the ability to work varied hours including early mornings, and ServSafe certification. A valid driver's license is preferred and a background check may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Current, valid state driver's license (preferred but required at some locations).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision while keeping it safe and clean.
• Lead and coach team members to maintain quality and morale.
