Einstein Bros. Bagels in Springfield, MO is seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. You will partner with the General Manager to motivate the crew and ensure a great guest experience with reliable leadership.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, opening and closing, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, and delivering daily operations with a focus on growth and career progression within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Able to pass a background check as required by law.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training completion.
• Possession of a valid state driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and set morale and tone in collaboration with the GM.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure food and beverage quality and a safe, clean store environment.
• Grow within the role and advance your career with the company.
