Einstein Bros. Bagels in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll open/close the store with minimal supervision, ensure product quality and a clean environment, and coach team members to maintain high standards.

This role offers growth potential from Shift Leader to General Manager and requires flexibility and reliability. Applicants should be at least 18, able to work varied hours including early shifts and weekends,

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of, or ability to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
