Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will open and close the store with minimal supervision and ensure quality and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends.
• Pass background check as required by law.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or able to acquire during training.
• Valid driver’s license may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
