Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Woodstock, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You’ll open and close the store, coach team members, and help set the morale and tone of the day.

This role offers a flexible schedule, paid time off after 90 days, and no evenings or nights. You’ll earn competitive pay plus tips, access to EAP and life coaching, and a 401(k) with company match as you grow your career.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (preferred or required at locations).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility subject to hire guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment.
• Grow your career—many GMs started as Shift Leaders or Team Members.
