Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Duluth, GA to work with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver excellent guest experiences. You will open/close the store with minimal supervision and help maintain food quality and a clean environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
• Must be able to acquire a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training

Responsibilities

• Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to help motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• They provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Shift Leaders open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure quality of the food and beverages and maintain a safe and clean store environment.
