Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Kennesaw, GA is seeking aShift Leader to support the General Manager in driving guest satisfaction and store performance. You’ll coach the team, help set the store tone, and lead openings and closings with minimal supervision.

You’ll embark on a path to grow with Bagel Brands, benefiting from a flexible schedule, weekend availability, competitive pay, and perks like PTO after 90 days. Bring your ServSafe certification and a valid driver’s license to join our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (always preferred but only required at specific locations).
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility is subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
