Qualifications

• Must have ServSafe certification and be 21+.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred with 1+ year restaurant experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, overnights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support store management in daily operations to ensure brand standards.
• Train and coach A+ talent to achieve People, Customer, Sales and Profit results.
• Model Krystal Core Values and oversee food safety during shifts.
• Assist with cash handling, inventory, and loss prevention.
