Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group seeks a Shift Leader to support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. Take ownership and be ready to solve problems, guiding teammates as needed. You’ll earn a shift differential for later hours and enjoy multiple benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making ability.
• Able to walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stand for 80% of shift.
• Background checks conducted on all management staff.
• Reliable transportation required.

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running strong, self-sufficient shifts.
• Take ownership, solve problems, and guide team members as needed.
• Provide help and guidance to coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
