Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader to support the RGM by running efficient shifts and taking ownership of issues. Candidates should demonstrate problem-solving skills and willingness to guide staff to maintain service quality.

Applicants must have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, basic PC literacy, and the ability to stand most of the shift while lifting up to 50 lbs. Background checks are conducted for management personnel.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Basic personal computer literacy
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong math and accounting skills with analytical/decision-making ability
• Able to stand 80% of shift and lift up to 50 lbs
• Background checks are run on all management employees
• Must have reliable transportation
