Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility (basic profit/loss understanding).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with simple software.
• Strong analytical/decision‑making skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self‑sufficient manner.
• Take ownership of problems and guide teammates when appropriate.
• Maintain operation standards and ensure great guest service during shifts.
