Einstein Bros. Bagels in Glenview, IL is seeking a Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a warm guest experience. You will coach staff, open and close the store, and ensure food quality and a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days including early hours and weekends.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Must have or obtain ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred or required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment and ensure product quality.
• Grow your career; many General Managers started as Shift Leaders or Team Members.
