Einstein Bros. Bagels is hiring a Shift Leader in Lombard, IL. You will work closely with the General Manager to motivate the team, deliver an exceptional guest experience, and open/close the store with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
• Must be in possession of, or able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training
• Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience
• Empower Shift Leaders to set morale and tone and provide coaching to team members
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision while ensuring quality of food and beverages
• Maintain a safe, clean store environment and support the team in achieving high performance
