Einstein Bros. Bagels in Chevy Chase, MD is hiring a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager, coach the team, and maintain a warm guest experience. You will lead shifts, guide staff, and uphold our standards for quality and service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable by law.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training.
• Driver's license preferred and may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision and ensure store readiness.
• Maintain food quality and safe, clean store environment at all times.
• Assist in coaching team members and rising to leadership opportunities within the company.
