Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Shift Leader to partner with the General Manager, energize the team, and ensure a superb guest experience each day.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, opening/closing with little supervision, upholding food quality, and maintaining a clean, safe store. This is a growth-focused role with a path to higher management within Bagel Brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable.
• ServSafe Certification required prior to leadership training.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license preferred, per location policy.
• Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
• Additional benefits eligibility per position guidelines at hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Maintain food quality and a safe, clean store environment.
