You will play a key role in opening/closing, ensuring quality and a clean store, and growing your career within Bagel Brands. Great for those who love fast-paced, hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• Possession of or ability to acquire ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Manager to motivate the team and deliver guest experiences.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members and maintain clean, safe store conditions.
