Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels is seeking a Shift Leader in Lombard, IL to help motivate the team and deliver a standout guest experience. You will open and close the store, coach team members, and ensure safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll work with flexibility, with opportunities to grow into higher leadership roles. The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to ServSafe standards, and a commitment to excellent customer service, with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
Must pass background check as applicable.
Must possess, or be able to acquire, a ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training.
Possession of a valid driver's license preferred but not required at all locations.
Tip eligibility subject to state regulations.
Additional benefits eligibility subject to position guidelines at time of hire.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
Ensure the quality of the food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
