Job summary

Einstein Bros Bagels in Reston, VA seeks a Shift Leader to motivate the team and ensure a great guest experience. You will work with the General Manager to set the morale and tone, and you’ll open or close the store with minimal supervision while upholding quality and a clean, safe environment.

You’ll enjoy a flexible schedule, paid time off after 90 days, and a no-evenings/no-nights policy. Starting pay ranges with generous tips, and opportunities to grow into store leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Must pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license preferred but only required at specific locations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little supervision.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Maintain quality of food and beverages and a safe, clean store environment.
• Grow your career; many GMs started as Shift Leaders.
