Popeyes is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, coach team members, and ensure top-notch guest service and food quality. You’ll oversee cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and safety to keep the store running smoothly and efficiently.

In this role you will model a positive work environment, drive performance, and help build a high-performing team while maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant or retail environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with cash handling, inventory tracking, and team supervision.
