RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead store teams and drive Guest satisfaction on a fast‑paced, high‑volume shift. You will coach team members, manage daily operations, and help ensure food safety, cleanliness, and inventory control.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others.
• Strong communication and team building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift.
• Set the tone with a cheerful, can-do attitude that motivates your team.
• Provide clear direction and step in to assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real-time, offering guidance and support during every shift.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
• Drive operational excellence by training and guiding the team to meet standards.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling, and compliance documentation on shifts.
• Lead shift change communication and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
