RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead by example in our fast-paced store environment. You will drive guest satisfaction, coach team members, and ensure smooth operations across food service, stocking, and cash handling.

The role emphasizes leadership development, teamwork, and adherence to cleanliness and safety standards, with a strong focus on achieving performance targets and delivering a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain required permits (food handlers, alcohol server, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead a Winning Team on Your Shift and set a positive tone.
• Provide clear direction; assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time and address guest concerns with professionalism.
• Train and guide the store team to meet guest service, food safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee store processes including inventory, cash handling, and compliance documentation.
