Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED (in progress or completed).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to obtain required permits (food handlers, alcohol server, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift and set a cheerful, can-do tone.
• Provide clear direction and assist with food service, stocking, cleaning, or cash handling.
• Coach team members in real time and offer guidance for shift performance.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and professionalism; escalate when needed.
• Drive store operations excellence including inventory, cashier tasks, and communications.
• Oversee shift change and ensure team alignment throughout the day.
• Model RaceTrac’s values and lead by example to develop staff.
